For me, FB has been a net bad. Everything good it offered (reconnection! Family pics!), has been offset by the bad (bad vax info, politics, etc.).
That doesn’t even touch on the fact that most of what was good can be replicated more easily elsewhere. If I want to send my mom a picture of my kids, I can just text it to her; there’s no need for either of us to be on the platform.
